1. Necessary Tools & Parts

Dont Forget the extraction keys that comes with your new stereo.
Use Above tool to cut isolatation tape when join wires.
You will need 4 screws with full dent & 3 wood pieces to build your try on IF THERE IS NO FACTORY RADIO MOUNTING BRACKET just like this one:






2. Plug in cables Following your Installation Manual For Front-DIN Mount. In This case PIONEER DEH-9 1900MP OR DEH 1900 MP
Use this wire help from to connect your wires between any old or New Stereo witn Nissan wire Colors posted in 240sx.org nico forum:

a) Use the light & clamps to uncover plastic off the wires ends
b) Separete between 2 uncover wires when join with other wire end of stereo for better results.

c) cover your wires with isolation tape.
d) start using screws on the wood with a screwdriver.
Below image is wrong wood goes below stereo box ( a dummy mistake it happens :)...)
e) Once joined fit on the dash bord as shown below
F) Turn from left to right to fit dash. Wood goes below radio box as above image.
g) Let enough cable to join Stereo, radio Antena and wire mounting together.
h) Connect wires to stereo box as shown above.
i) Paint your wood of any color you want...

j) Mount Front cover painted wood with 2 screws between 2 inside pieces of wood for better looks.

k) Add the Trim ring to verify everything is OK.
NOTE: WHEN YOU INSTALL AN EQUALIZER OR SOMETHING ELSE JUST REMOVE MOUNTING WOOD AND YOU ARE READY TO GO.

In my case the two REAR ACTIVE SPEAKERS was causing GROUND with chassis and i had to disconnected from the system when there was any sound... < REASON? old cables or speakers short circuit.
